2. Products
All products are created on-demand using Print-on-Demand services (Gelato). We strive to ensure accurate colours, sizes, and descriptions, but slight variations may occur due to manufacturing processes.

3. Ordering

  • Orders are processed once payment is received.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if there are issues with payment, stock, or if an order is suspected of being fraudulent.


4. Pricing
All prices are displayed in GBP and include applicable taxes. Shipping is included in the price of each product.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Free shipping is included. Delivery times may vary based on your location and are provided by Gelato.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.


6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with Gelato’s policy.

  • Custom or personalised items may not be eligible for a return unless faulty.

 

7. Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, and website content are owned by Artis Prints or used with proper licenses. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.
 

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Artis Prints is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
