• All products are printed on demand by our trusted partner, Gelato, and shipped from the closest production facility to your address to reduce delivery times and environmental impact.

• Average production time: 2–5 business days.

• Typical delivery times:

1. UK: 5–10 business days  
   *these are average timeframes. Occcasionally, shipping may take longer due to holidays or courier delays. 

• A tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your order is on its way.

Returns & Refunds
 

Because every product is custom-made for you, we can’t accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind, order the wrong size, or no longer want the item.
 

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will make it right. You can choose a replacement or a refund — whichever you prefer. Please get in touch within 30 days of delivery and include photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

2. Once reviewed and approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
